Summary: This document will help walk you through the Watchguard/Authpoint VPN Setup.

Getting Started

1. Keep an eye out for an email from [email protected] with a subject of Activate
2. Install WatchGuard AuthPoint on your phone ( Android | iOS )
3. Open the email on your computer and click the START ACTIVATION link
4. Open WatchGuard AuthPoint on your phone, click the QR button (), and scan the QR code from the email
5. Give the token a name if you want. We recommend calling it OHS VPN or something similar
6. Log in to VPN! This is what it should look like:

 

 

 

7. If you filled out all the fields correctly, you should get a notification on your phone that looks like this:

 

8. Click Approve and the VPN should go through the process of connecting to the OHS network.

 

9. From time to time, you might get a message that looks like this:

  Sometimes this happens because you entered your information incorrectly and other times it happens for unknown reasons.  Either way, click YES and if everything is filled in correctly it should connect. 

 

10. If you are connected, you can find the WatchGuard VPN icon lit up in green in the System Tray at the bottom right of your desktop.

11. If you feel you have preformed all the steps correctly and are still having issues, please make a help ticket and we will get everything fixed as soon as possible.
