Calendars and Availability
There are two very easy ways to check someone’s availability and / or invite them to a meeting when they are free.
Just Looking at The Calendar
- Go to Calendar in Outlook.
- Right-click My Calendars à Choose Add Calendar à Click From Address Book.
- Choose the name from the address book. Click ok. You’ll see their schedule next to yours.

Booking Other People’s Time
- Open a time slot in your calendar like you’re going to set up a meeting.
- Click the little head icon across the top bar to invite people to the meeting.
- Add all your people to the invite. Click the Scheduling Assistant tab.
- You can see everyone’s time and see open spots using the All Attendees bar at the top of the display.
