When a user enters the wrong password into ShelterBuddy multiple times, they get locked out. Now, Shelter Supervisors can reset their access themselves, here’s how:
Log Into Shelter Buddy
- Click Useful Links on the left hand side of the Welcome Page
- Click the Blocked Users link
- Click Unblock All
- Go Back to Useful Links
- Click the Reset access to Logins link
- Click Unblock All
- You are done. Sit back and congratulate yourself.
