When a user enters the wrong password into ShelterBuddy multiple times, they get locked out.  Now, Shelter Supervisors can reset their access themselves, here’s how:

Log Into Shelter Buddy

1. Click Useful Links on the left hand side of the Welcome Page
2. Click the Blocked Users link
3. Click Unblock All
4. Go Back to Useful Links
5. Click the Reset access to Logins link
6. Click Unblock All
7. You are done.  Sit back and congratulate yourself.
