Summary: This document is designed to show how to add and remove members from a distribution list.
Note: You must be the list owner to perform this action.
Open Outlook and create a new email.
- In the TO: field either type the name of the group you want to edit or search for it in the address list.
- Once the group names shows up in the TO: line, right click on the name and select Open Outlook Properties
- When the properties window opens, Select modify Members on the right.
- Click either Add or Remove depending on what you want to accomplish
- Search or scroll until you find the person you are looking for.
- Double click on their name and select OK.
- That’s it.
