Logging into SUMO Scheduler

SUMO is conveniently located within your Salesforce Org.  Please follow the instructions below to access the platform:

• Login to your Salesforce Org (Link: https://ohs.my.salesforce.com)

  • Select Log in with Azure SSO

    

• Depending on the version you're using use the following instructions to navigate to the console: 

  • • Lightning: Click on the App Launcher (the “waffle” icon in the upper left area of the screen

    • Classic:  Click on the + to see all tabs

• Search for the user console application for your department, as shown below:

  

• (Salesforce bug at time of launch: Nov 2022) Console Applications are not available: 

  • If the console applications (shown directly above) are not available to you, you can still use the "waffle" icon to search for the SUMO apps that you need. 

  • Most importantly, you'll want to access the Multi-calendar (do NOT use the Classic version)
